A quick message before the update:
Harvest is a crazy time and there are a lot of tasks with short deadlines, but we're here to help! If you need to get in touch with FieldClock's customer service team, use the Intercom widget in the lower-right corner of the admin site. Intercom makes sure that your support requests are seen by the first available team member at all times so we can help you as quickly as possible. Even if a specific team member is unavailable, the rest of the team can help you in your time of need.
And don't forget that our online help section, https://help.fieldclockapp.com/ is available 24/7. We're constantly adding new content to it so that it has the information you need at any time of day or night.
On to the update!
Adding Notes from the Admin Site!
You now have the ability to add job-specific worker notes from the Admin site. To add a note about a worker at a job:
- Go to Job Details
- Expand the worker you wish to add a note about
- Click 'Add a Note
Included in the note will be the note itself, the time it was created, and who it was created by.
We're still working on the 'Daily Notes Report', which will provide you with all notes for a given day. This report will have the functionality to be downloaded via CSV, Excel, PDF, and will be live by next week.

It's also on our list to enhance the 'Reports Home' screen by next week as well:
In order to provide the best user experience for you all, we're asking for your help. We'd like to include one or two key pieces of data from each of these sections to provide a general overview from each report. We'll of course keep the ability to go into each report section separately.
If you have any ideas on which pieces of data from each report you'd like to see here, please drop us a note through Intercom and we'll take it into consideration.
