Hope everyone is off to a great start in the New Year! We're continuing our 'behind-the-scenes' work, which, although you won't be able to see anything, should make the Admin site much quicker and provide a much more enjoyable experience.
On to the update:
Work History Employee Notes
Being able to tell which employees have been 'Trained' has been requested many times. While we don't have a dedicated way of doing this just yet, we did build in a quick temporary fix for you by adding employee's job level notes to their 'Work History' list items:
To mark an employee as having gone through 'Training' at a job, add a 'Training' note to that employee at the appropriate job. Later, when you need to check if an employee has been trained or not, simply go to their 'Work History' and look for any 'Training' notes at any of their jobs.
All other notes for the employee will also be visible, of course, so the use cases are endless! Although not currently live, we expect to have this out this week so keep a look out!
Pay Templating is in the final stages of testing, and our new Employee Portal is coming along nicely as well. Releases are just around the corner!
