Hello Company Admins!
As always, we hope everyone is having a productive and safe week! On to the update:
Rescan Delay Warning
We try hard to make sure that your piece counts are as accurate as possible. One of the tools to help control that is the "rescan delay" setting that lets you specify how much time should pass between consecutive pieces from the same employee at the same job. In some situations, this still might not be enough to stop a piece from being created in a very short period of time.
To help you track down pieces that appear to have been created very quickly, we are now displaying a "fast pieces alert" on the Job Details view and the Bulk Finalization view. The alert is to let you know that you may want to take a closer look at pieces by a specific employee. Although there may be no issues, it still doesn't hurt to check!
Ticketer Production Report Additions
There's now an easier way for you to know how many piecework producers are working with your Ticketers! We've added two additional columns to the report: 'Producers', which is the employee working as a producer (picker, etc…), and a 'Quantity' column, which shows how many pieces that producer has picked.
It was brought to our attention that sometimes you may want to have all employees who need minimum-wage adjustments at the top of employee lists while reviewing a job (or jobs) for finalization. Not only are we adding this, but also sorting by: hours worked, pieces picked, and of course name! You can look forward to this being live this week. Until next week!
