We hope everyone had a great 4th! We have some smaller updates in store for you this week (although still useful!), so let's get to it! On to the update:
We know a lot of you reference the Daily Activity Report while verifying jobs prior to finalization. To help in this regard, we've added employee clock-in/out times in order to speed up the process of employee time verification.
We've also 're-arranged' the report a bit for better readability:
We're also adding production counts to the Daily Pay Report to make your "end of day" tasks easier. Stay tuned for other report enhancements in the weeks to come!
Making Piecework Jobs Easier
We've heard from a number of users that it can be confusing to change piece types while a harvest job is in progress. We're adding improvements to the Edit Job form to simplify this process for you.
A Quick Tip To avoid confusion, it is best not to make major job changes mid-job or mid-day (piece changes, clock-in/out times, etc…). Waiting until the end of the day to make major job changes & modifications allows all jobs to fully sync with all data gathered from devices in the field. Making major job modifications from the Admin site while the job is live may create confusion with Ticketers & Crew Bosses working in the field.
