Added presentation options to Employee list

  • The employees' list has had a big makeover! You can now choose to view employees in 'Card View' or 'List View'. Your preference will, of course, be saved for future viewing.

New ability to restrict automatic break-pay calculations to pure-piecework jobs

  • Up until now, automatic break pay would consider "hourly + piecework incentive" jobs when calculating regular rate of pay. Some customers have requested the ability to only calculate break pay for pure-piecework jobs (and ignore the hourly + piecework jobs). This is now an option!
  • To change your piecework break pay calculation method, go to your Wage Programs and edit the program you want to change. In the automatic break pay area, select the option for "Pure-Piecework Jobs Only".

Added some CSV tips 'n tricks

  • For those of you using Quickbooks with CSV exporting, this article should be of some use if you're not already familiar with the process. It provides a great overview of sorting, filtering, and sub-totaling in Excel.
