Hello FieldClock Users!

Fall is upon us! We hope everyone's dressing warm as we head into cooler weather. For today's newsletter we have a fun new feature that we think you all will find super useful: Employee Timeline at Jobs! Let's get to it.

On to the update.

New Feature: Employee Timeline for Jobs

When viewing Job Details (the new version), you'll see a new tab next to Employees: Timeline. Each row in Timeline represents an Employee, which shows their time worked across a table. Breaks are represented as vertical bars over Employee timelines, and pieces are represented as boxes. You can hover your cursor over Employee names, time entries, and breaks to display tool tips with additional info.  

If you were waiting on a way to visually view employee times, breaks, and pieces at a Job, this is it! As always, we'd love any and all feedback so please don't hesitate to reach out through support.  

Did You Know...

You can download your Ranches list at anytime by clicking the 'Download Ranch List' button to the right of your Ranches list. Doing so will provide you with a CSV file including your Ranch's name, active status, assigned payroll entity, # of acres, and # of units.
