Hello FieldClock Users!
We hope everyone is off to a great harvest! Before we jump into today's newsletter, a quick word on the site performance issues we've experienced this last week.
As many of you know, we've been making server upgrades to accommodate our growth and improve our entire system as whole. Part of that update includes improvements to how payouts are generated, which is where issues arose last week and into the early part of this week. We've identified the cause and have sent up patches. Rest assured, we are keeping a close eye on it and have implemented new tests while we continue the updates, which we expect to have complete soon.
Our apologies for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience, as always, while we work through it. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Did You Know...
... reports can be generated for specific Employees. Simply head on over to the Employee's profile that you need a report for, then click the 'Payouts' tab. Once there, click the 'CSV Download' text to expand the date selectors, and enter your desired dates. Clicking 'Download' will provide a CSV file will all payout data for the selected Employee over the dates provided.
- Equipment tracking (for admin site)
- Activity logging
- Revamped control panel
- Custom reporting
- If data is still syncing or has not synced, do not sign out of the mobile app - data will be lost!
