It's the first week of May and harvest has begun! We hope that you're all staying safe and healthy, but also enjoying the warm weather and sunshine. This week's newsletter is a pretty short one, although we do have a nifty little update to the new Job Summary report that we released last month as well as an admin site feature highlight.
On to the update.
Feature Update: Job Summary Report
Since the release of the Job Summary report, we have had some mixed results regarding the speed of the report's generation, especially when generating for large numbers of jobs at once. We're pleased to say that we have not only now addressed that issue (causing the report to load faster), but added a useful loading bar that will indicate the speed at which jobs are being loaded.
As seen above, a loading indicator will appear in the center of the screen, showing total progress and the currently-loading job out of the total jobs to load.
Did You Know...
Via the 'Admin' tab of the site, the 'Devices' tab can be used to easily browse and reference all devices being actively used at your company. The information available includes the device's version, the FieldClock version being used on that device, the user whose device it is, and even the device's name as defined on the device itself.
Additionally, clicking the individual device will allow you to view this information in detail, even providing an interactive map window displaying the last known location of that device (the last time that it used FieldClock, not the last time that it was used in general).

- If data is still syncing or has not synced, do not sign out of the mobile app - data will be lost!
