We hope that you've all had an enjoyable and production week so far! For today's newsletter, we have a quick update for the Daily Activity report, and a ranch-related feature highlight.
On to the update.
New Feature: Daily Activity Report Update
When employee data is provided in the Daily Activity Report, the Crew Boss of the relevant job (if applicable), and the piece price of any production at that job (if applicable), will now be visible.
- Equipment tracking (very close!)

Did You Know...
Specific employee access to ranches can be easily managed through the use of the Access Restriction feature. All employees who are given access to a specific ranch will be able to see it and make use of it in jobs as normal, while all users who are exempt will not. To make use of this, navigate to the ranch that you'd like to restrict on the admin site and find the 'Access' section of its summary, on the lower right-hand side of the screen.
To manage access for employees, click 'Manage Access'.
By default, all ranches will be unrestricted and this feature will be turned off. To enable it, first adjust the selection to 'Yes' for the 'Restrict Access?' field.
You will now be able to enter any number of employees that you wish to have access to this ranch. Once you're finished, hit 'Update'. You will now see the 'Access' section of this ranch's summary populated by the employees that you specified.
- If data is still syncing or has not synced, do not sign out of the mobile app - data will be lost!
