Hello FieldClock Users!

It's the last week of February and we're getting ever closer to spring! If there's anything that we at FieldClock can do to make the transition into planting and early harvest easier or smoother, please let us know.

On to the update.

Did You Know...

Duplicate employees can be easily merged through the use of the orange 'Merge Duplicates' button, on the right-hand side of the employee page on the admin site.

Please note that this button will not be visible if FieldClock does not detect any potential duplicates to merge.

Upon clicking the button, you'll see a quick summary of any/all potential duplicates that can be merged, alongside a box that can be checked.

If you click 'details', a box will expand that will show a comparison of the profiles that you would be merging, followed by a 'final result' employee that will be the merged profile. This box will also give you a level of control over which bits of data from each employee will carry over.

Once you're satisfied, simply click 'Merge' to finalize the operation for any and all employees that you chose.

Friendly Reminders

  • If data is still syncing or has not synced, do not sign out of the mobile app - data will be lost!
  • Please remember to check for device as well as FieldClock updates
