Hello FieldClock Users!

With COVID cases still on the rise, we hope that you all had a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving. With winter upon us, we bid everyone to have a smart & secure holiday season, but also to enjoy it! If there's anything that we at FieldClock can do to help with the transition into the cold months, let us know.

On to the update.

What's New

Previously, when using the Production by Field report, only the individual production totals (per ranch and block) could be seen. To access the total of all fields, one would need to manually add all given bits of data together, which could be a potentially long and tedious task. Now, we've updated the Production by Field report to have an extra row at the bottom, below the fields, displaying the totals of all data points presented.

Did You Know…

Occasionally, you will need to have multiple different 'companies' within FieldClock, and in such a case, you will also likely have workers who work at multiple of those companies. While it might seem that you should simply create a new profile for them at another company, this should NOT be done, as it will create another 'active employee' entry on your billing account (resulting in you being charged extra). Instead, you should use the 'manage companies' feature to quickly and easily copy them over to any and all companies that you desire.

Once an employee is copied over, they will have a fully-functioning and identical profile at the new company, that they can access and use the same as they would the original. Likewise, this will not count towards your monthly active employees, and will incur no extra charge.

  • If data is still syncing or has not synced, do not sign out of the mobile app - data will be lost!
  • Please remember to check for device as well as FieldClock updates
