Hello FieldClockers!

We hope everyone is enjoying the system being back to working nominally. Although there are more improvements to be made, all our platforms should be working as expected. And again, our apologies for the inconvenience over the last couple of weeks -- we can't thank you enough while we worked through it. On to the update.

Continued Improvements

While site / app stability has been brought back to normal, our goal over the next few weeks is to continue making improvements and optimizing our entire platform (Admin, Mobile, Kiosk, Employee Portal). This means even faster load times, less bugs, and an even better experience overall.

Over the next few weeks, we will not be releasing many new features, except those listed below (Hint: QC Notes). We are making significant progress in migrating our servers to a system that is much faster and more reliable. It is our top priority to successfully complete this migration before introducing any other functionality -- as doing so might also introduce additional 'slowness' once again, which we're pretty sure you're already sick of. Upcoming Releases Quality Control Notes will be released within the next few weeks -- there are just a few minor bugs that need to be ironed out.

Employee time punches can be downloaded for an entire Payroll Batch by clicking the 'Download Punches CSV' button from your main Payroll list:

  • If data is still syncing or has not synced, do not sign out of the mobile app - data will be lost!
  • Please remember to check for device as well as FieldClock updates
