Hello FieldClock Users!

It's officially Summer! We hope everyone is off to a productive and safe start (and has cold water at hand). On to the update.

Recent Sync Issues & Admin 'Slowness'

As many of you have noticed and brought to our attention, sync errors have been more frequent on mobile, and the Admin site has been experiencing longer than usual load times. We have been burning the midnight oil to get these sorted out as quickly as possible, and have made significant progress in the last 24 hours. We've also been able to identify other areas of improvement and optimization -- and expect to come out of this much stronger than before.

It's also important to know that there was never a threat to data loss at any point. We have automated processes that create backups incredibly frequently, and our servers are spread over many geographic regions. We are deeply appreciative of our users and your trust in the system, and can't thank you enough for you patience and understanding while we worked through this. Upcoming Releases Due to recent events, QC Notes have been put on hold until we get everything back up-to-speed.

Did You Know…

In an effort to optimize syncing even further, we'd like to request your help! Simply head over to speedtest.net from an office computer (not a mobile device) and click 'Go'. Then, send your upload / download results over to us via Support -- along with a quick snippet on how well your devices sync while in the office and connected to WiFi (i.e. do you typically get sync errors in the office? Or do your devices usually sync perfectly well? How long does it usually take?).
