Hello FieldClock Users!
We hope those of you in the Pacific Northwest are off to a great harvest! This week we have a short but useful update for you, so let's get to it.
On to the update:
To be truly available when you need, we've decided to expand our Live Chat Support through the Weekend while in Harvest. We will now be available on Saturday & Sunday from 6am - 2pm PST. It is of top priority to be there when you need us most, and Weekends should not be left out. And as mentioned last week, our Knowledge Base is also being updated daily, and is available 24/7 for your convenience.
We need to apply an update to our database that should alleviate some of the admin site slowness that some of you have been experiencing. This will require us to take our back-end offline for a bit. Mobile apps will continue to work in offline mode but may experience sync errors if attempting to sync during this time.
Start time: 8pm PST (tonight) Estimated duration: 2 hours
Real-time statuses for all our applications (Admin, mobile apps, Kiosk, API, etc…) can be found on our Status Page. We highly recommend subscribing to updates there as our status update emails are separate from our Weekly Newsletter. This week's just happens to be around the same time so we're throwing a heads-up here as well.
Our new Quality Control Notes is still in the final stages of testing and should be live shortly. Again, we appreciate your patience.

- If data is still syncing or has not synced, do not sign out of the mobile app - data will be lost!
