Hello FieldClock Users!

We hope everyone is off to a safe and bountiful harvest! In order to provide the best service possible, we've expanded our Live Chat hours, which are now from 5am - 5pm PST, Monday - Friday. Please allow a few hours response time on Weekends.

On to the update:

Continued Maintenance

While our Users in the Pacific Northwest begin harvest, our continued focus is maintaining site stability, improving performance, and general upkeep. There are some minor issue we're still working through and expect to have them ironed out soon.

New Knowledge Base

We've given our Knowledge Base a fresh new look! We're also adding and updating articles on a daily basis, so please take a moment to check it out when you can. A useful new area is 'Promoted Articles', which will highlight articles we feel are currently most useful. All other help articles have been re-organized and can easily be found by expanding the appropriate category (i.e. 'Jobs') in the 'Knowledge base' section.

Quality Control Notes is in the final stages of testing and should be live within a week or two.
