Weekly Update #107

Hello FieldClock Users!

Happy June! Harvest has begun for many of you and as stated last week: our priority is outstanding support, stability and uptime through it. On to the update:

New Employee Import Fields

We've expanded our Employee Import functionality to include four new fields: Initials, Phone Number, Kiosk PIN and Group Number. Please download our Employee Import Template found in the import screen to view the required format.

This should provide an even easier way to update employee records! Please be aware that if a Payroll Code does not match any existing Employee records, a new record will be created. In order for an existing record to be updated, the Payroll Code much match. Please reference our help article for more info.

Upcoming Releases

Quality Control Notes has been postponed a bit, but we are close and expect it soon -- next week is looking good.

Did You Know…

Payroll Codes may be omitted when importing Employees, but it will affect all Employees in the current import batch. If you have some employees that do not have Payroll Codes, you may either preform two separate imports -- one with codes and one without, or do them all at once while leaving specific Employee Payroll Code inputs blank.
