As some of you may have noticed, we missed last weeks Newsletter. We apologize and will do our best to make sure it doesn't happen again. On to the update:
Going into Harvest
Many of you are starting harvest this week, with many more about to start in the coming weeks. As such, we are committed to making sure all our products -- Admin, iOS, Android, Kiosk, Employee Portal -- are working as fast and as stable as possible.
Although there will be some new functionality coming out in the next 6 - 8 weeks, our main priority is making sure all of our current products perform as best and efficiently as possible, with limited to no downtime. There are still a few minor 'cosmetic' issues we're ironing out, but expect to have them patched up by next week.
Our new Quality Control Notes functionality should be live next week.
Did You Know…
Our entire Knowledge Base can be searched through the Chat widget. Simply type in the term you're in need of help with and the appropriate article should appear just beneath.
- If data is still syncing or has not synced, do not sign out of the mobile app - data will be lost!
- Please remember to check for device as well as FieldClock updates
