On to the update!
Control Panel Improvements
Last week we released a new Control Panel, and this week we have some improvements!
You're now able to click the number above 'active', 'final', and 'total' jobs, which will take you to the 'active', 'final', and 'all' jobs list respectively.
As requested, total employees for the day now has a new button: 'More Info'. Clicking this will display a popup that breaks down active and total employees by task.
Each job list item can be clicked, which takes you to that particular job for easy editing.
Help Article Re-organization
We've re-organized our help articles, and have (and will continue) added some new additions. We strongly encourage everyone to use the help section as it may help you find the answer you're looking for faster than waiting for a reply. If you're unable to find an answer, please reach out and we'll assist as fast as we can.
New Supported Printer
We've tested and now support a new printer, which works great with our system: The 'Zebra ZQ310' as well as the Zebra Badge Printer. Although there may be some final configuration touches on our part, it's now our recommended printer for purchase.
