We hope that through the heatwaves and drought going through the west everybody is staying safe and working smoothly. Today's newsletter is a short one, with our usual overview of upcoming features and a piecework-related feature highlight.
On to the update.
Did You Know...
Existing piece types at jobs can be cleanly changed after employees at that job have been given production. For example, if a piecework job was originally using a piece type called 'Box', and employees at that job had already been given Boxes, the piece type can still be safely changed and employee production updated, without needing to re-enter any data.
To begin, navigate to a job that you wish to make this change for and click 'Edit job'.
On the edit form, scroll down to find the 'Piecework Options' section and select your new piece type.
Then, when you think you're ready to save, first make sure to check the yellow 'Yes! I want to update existing piece types!' box before saving. If this is not checked, existing employee production will not be affected and the job will not be able to be finalized.

- If data is still syncing or has not synced, do not sign out of the mobile app - data will be lost!
